Richie Milne, director of Optimize Performance Coaching has been in the health and fitness industry since 2007. Richie also has an Honours degree in Sports Science and Business from the University of Southampton.

With over 15 years industry experience, Richie has coached a vast range of clients of all ages and experience, from beginners to elite level athletes. He is a well renowned industry leader in body recomposition coaching and highly skilled in postural corrective exercise, injury prevention and rehabilitation. 

As a former elite level men’s physique competitive athlete, having achieved top 3 placings across 5 federations (IFBB, WBFF, PCA, ICN, INBA) has equipped Richie with the ability to coach his clients to the highest possible standard, achieving proven life changing results.

We’ll connect through video calls, messaging, and email to ensure that you’re on track and making progress.

If you prefer face-to-face training, I offer one-on-one sessions in a welcoming and supportive environment. You’ll have access to a range of equipment, including weights, machines, and functional training tools, to help you achieve your goals.
